The Story
Colter's Lodge stories feature a former owner still tending his hotel, laughter from the basement and a woman in blue appearing in a guest room. Guest reports collected by Haunted Places add objects moving without an obvious cause. A commenter claiming former employment explicitly disputes the alleged pool drowning. That purported death is omitted rather than presented as history.
