Old Courthouse Museum

The Story

HauntedPlaces.org records an elderly man sweeping a courtroom who disappears when approached. Other accounts describe footsteps passing between rooms, the sound of somebody falling on the stairs, moving curtains, voices and sudden cold. These experiences are attributed to staff and visitors to the former Minnehaha County courthouse.
