The Story
The eighth floor of Hotel Alex Johnson belongs to a Lady in White and a child who knocks, giggles and disappears. Room 812 anchors the hotel’s own collection of unsettling overnight stories.
The Hauntings
The hotel places its Lady in White in an eighth-floor corridor, dressed in a white gown. Its account also describes Room 812’s window being found open and dresser drawers removed, inverted and put back. A separate young-girl story follows repeated knocks on guest-room doors, with nobody waiting when they open. The founder, Alex Johnson, also appears in the hotel’s lore as a presence watching over the business. Guests can ask about the front-desk book of haunting accounts: a collection of encounters kept by the hotel.
A sense of place.
