The Story

In the former Alva General Hospital, staff have described objects moving, crooked pictures, unexplained lights and children's voices in empty rooms. A 2024 NWOK Buzz report gathers these museum accounts. Earlier lore focuses on the surgical rooms and a persistent stain, which a curator also suggested might be iodine. Do not confuse with Cherokee Strip Museum in Perry. OK Haunted Houses mistakenly combines the Alva hospital story with Perry's address.
