The Story
Apparitions in period clothing reportedly watch visiting groups from a distance in the Phelps Mansion. A clock is said to chime despite never being wound. Staff and visitors also describe moving objects, doors opening and closing and footsteps with nobody nearby; some interpret the experiences as Sherman Phelps still watching over his home.
