The Hauntings
The mansion’s ghost lore, collected by HauntedPlaces.org, names four presences: the original owner, a sighing woman, a grandmother, and a spirit nicknamed the Lover. The last is said to climb into beds occupied by sleeping women. The current owners reject the haunted reputation, saying they have experienced no ghostly activity since moving in during 2004. They ask guests not to conduct ghost hunts. Retained as attributed disputed folklore, not an operator-endorsed haunting. Owner denial and no-ghost-hunt rule must accompany any profile.
A sense of place.
