The Story
Syfy’s Ghost Hunters recap identifies Finnegan’s Wake as one of three Alexandria investigation sites. Its story connects the disturbances with an old bar imported from a former brothel, suggesting the haunting arrived with the furnishing. This is a television-investigation account attached to the former tavern, not a general claim about downtown.
