The Story
The local Hookman legend describes a spectral man with a hook in place of one hand wandering roads near Tillett Cemetery. Haunted Places also records thick fog and sudden pockets of cold around the burial ground, distinct from any claim that the threatening figure is a real attacker. Supernatural claims are attributed accounts. Historical backstories have not been independently corroborated.
