The Story
HauntedPlaces.org identifies Rooms 1 and 3 as the main focus of the Bates Motel's haunting reputation. Guests have reported unusual activity there, while Shadowlands gives more specific versions: lights flicker, ashtrays fall and objects change position. These stories concern the actual Coeur d'Alene motel, beyond its cinematic-sounding name. Historical room-level lore does not verify present operations or booking availability.
