The Story

Residents’ lore describes a little boy on the ground floor, accompanied by sounds of laughter, conversation and a ball bouncing along the hall. Haunted Places also records footsteps and a windlike sound from an empty room. The child is linked in rumor to an earlier house demolished on the site, but that death story is not independently established.
