The Story
HauntedPlaces.org identifies Miss Lovie, or Lola Pauline Smith Pritchard, among the family members said to remain in their old home. The reported activity includes voices with no visible speaker and lights switching themselves on. A grandfather clock allegedly sounds even when its mechanism is not running, an especially distinctive detail in the house’s folklore.
