The Story
HauntedPlaces.org records two figures at Pinewood: an unidentified woman and a headless apparition. Local rumor attaches the latter to Adler Rawlings and an alleged desecration of his grave. The account presents the damaged burial as the explanation people give for the ghost’s appearance, not as independently established cemetery history.
