James McCabe Theatre

The Story

The former civic-center building has a haunting reputation recorded by HauntedPlaces.org: people describe figures appearing inside and sounds without an obvious source. The account also recalls paranormal groups using ghost tours as restoration or theater fundraisers. It does not identify a named ghost, but locates the reported experiences in this particular early-twentieth-century performance building.
