The Story
The Delaware Public Archives collects room-by-room stories at the Addy-Sea: a violently shaking bathtub and unexplained organ music in Rooms 1 and 6, and a former employee, Paul Dulaney, appearing beside or on beds in Room 11. Footsteps on the upper floor and roof are linked in the legend to Kurtz Addy, said to have fallen from the building.
