The Story
The Hale family ghosts described by Haunted Places include Nathan’s father in colonial dress and his brother Joseph, blamed for chains heard belowstairs. A woman in white reportedly continues sweeping and cleaning. The stories belong to other members of the household, rather than a claim that Nathan himself returns to the rooms.
