The Story
A Haunted Places contributor describes renovation workers at Hotel Teatro hearing voices from an apparently empty office. Later stories concern a man carrying tools who walks through corridors and vanishes. The source connects this figure to the building's former tramway use and calls him a mechanic, but his identity is speculative. The present hotel and former Denver Tramway building are treated as the same physical site.
