The Story
Preston Castle's most prominent ghost story concerns housekeeper Anna Corbin, whose death at the former reform school became central to its paranormal reputation. HauntBound also summarizes accounts of voices and footsteps attributed to former residents, localized cold spots, and unexplained sounds in the basement. Television investigations and the preservation foundation's paranormal programming have circulated these stories widely. A single secondary directory remains the principal detailed story source unless additional story evidence is listed. No paranormal claims are independently proven.
