The Story
Rancho Los Cerritos has reports of footsteps in empty rooms, displaced furniture, and an unattended rocking chair appearing to move. HauntBound also recounts a male voice interpreted by some storytellers as an owner unhappy about the ranch's sale. That proposed identity is speculation, separate from the adobe's documented ownership history. A single secondary directory remains the principal detailed story source unless additional story evidence is listed. No paranormal claims are independently proven.
