Old Malco Theatre

The Story

The Malco's paranormal reputation includes a luminous woman in the basement, unexplained movement of objects and cries heard when the theater appears empty. A submission on HauntedPlaces.org links those reports to a woman supposedly vanishing during a magic act. Research/access context: The source's nineteenth-century dating is not independently verified and should not be treated as the building's documented history. The useful distinction is between the recurring theater reports and their dramatic origin legend. This record keeps both attributed, without presenting the disappearance as a confirmed event.
