The Story
Chester House lore includes two women in old-fashioned clothing reportedly seen waving from an upper floor. A community account at HauntedPlaces.org calls them Pearl and Ruby and links them with a supposed earlier use of the building, a connection that remains unverified. Another figure, called Clarence, is associated with nighttime footsteps and a balcony death story.
