The Story
Kendall Manor's best-known presence is Annie, a nursemaid said to have continued watching over the household. Other accounts mention a woman in older dress, a small girl near the porch, and a man in a tall hat who disappears from a doorway. The house formerly welcomed overnight guests, which helped circulate the stories, but its later return to private residential use matters. Its ghostly reputation should not be mistaken for permission to approach the home.
