Twin City Opera House investigators describe Everett Miller, a former usher apparently continuing his rounds, and a child called Elizabeth peering over the railing above the stage. A Lost & Found Ohio investigation account also lists a white-clad woman near the stage stairs, moving shadows and unexplained growling.
Victoria Theatre’s local folklore calls one presence Vicky: a supposedly vanished actress associated with rose perfume, rustling clothing and movement near the stage. Other stories place a figure called Lucille in the private boxes. The names belong to theatre tradition; the inspected retelling does not provide archival confirmation of either identity.
West Toledo Branch Library’s ghost is usually described as a well-dressed man in clothing from the late 1930s or early 1940s. Haunted Toledo says his identity is unknown and that he can look like an ordinary patron among the shelves. Strange bumps and noises are particularly associated with the west-wall fireplace.

BG Falcon Media separately records a worker’s account of an older woman appearing near a nurses’ station and disappearing moments later.
